【摘要】:Whensamplingground-watermonitoringwells,itisveryimportanttothoroughlydocumentallfieldactivities.Sufficientfielddatashouldberetainedtoallowonetoreconstructtheproceduresandconditionsthatmayhaveaffectedtheintegrityofasample.Thefielddatageneratedarevitaltotheinterpretationofthechemicaldataobtainedfromlaboratoryanalysesofsamples.Fielddataandobservationsmayalsobeusefultoanalyticallaboratorypersonnel.1.1Thisguidecoverswhatandhowinformationshouldberecordedinthefieldwhensamplingaground-watermonitoringwell.Followingtheserecommendationswillprovideadequatedocumentationinmostmonitoringprograms.Insomesituations,itmaybenecessarytorecordadditionalordifferentinformation,orboth,tothoroughlydocumentthesamplingevent.Inothercases,itmaynotbenecessarytorecordalloftheinformationrecommendedinthisguide.Thelevelofdocumentationwillbebasedonsite-specificconditionsandregulatoryrequirements.1.2Thisguideislimitedtowrittendocumentationofaground-watersamplingevent.Othermethodsofdocumentation(thatis,electronicandaudiovisual)canbeusedbutarenotaddressedinthisguide.Thespecificactivitiesaddressedinthisguideincludedocumentationofstaticwaterlevelmeasurement,monitoringwellpurging,monitoringwellsampling,fieldmeasurements,ground-watersamplepreparation,andground-watersampleshipment.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1.4Thisguideoffersanorganizedcollectionofinformationoraseriesofoptionsanddoesnotrecommendaspecificcourseofaction.Thisdocumentcannotreplaceeducationorexperienceandshouldbeusedinconjunctionwithprofessionaljudgment.Notallaspectsofthisguidemaybeapplicableinallcircumstances.ThisASTMstandardisnotintendedtorepresentorreplacethestandardofcarebywhichtheadequacyofagivenprofessionalservicemustbejudged,norshouldthisdocumentbeappliedwithoutconsiderationofaproject''smanyuniqueaspects.Thewordx201C;Standardx201D;inthetitleofthisdocumentmeansonlythatthedocumenthasbeenapprovedthroughtheASTMconsensusprocess.

【摘要】:1-1General.Theintentandpurposeofthisdocumentistoprovidefiredepartmenttrainingofficersorotherfireservicepersonnelwithaguidefortheestablishmentofadwellingfiresafetyprogramfortheircommunity.1-1.1Tobeeffectiveandtoadequatelydealwithlocalfireproblems,thesolutiontoaparticularfiresafetyproblemshouldbedevelopedlocally.Thisdocumentisintendedtobeabasicguidetopossibleelementsforinclusioninalocallydevelopedprogram.1-1.2Becausethemajorityoffiredeathsoccurinresidentialoccupancies,itisessentialthatfiresafetysurveyprogramsbecomeanintegralpartofthetotalfiresafetyprograminacommunity.Thisguidecanbeappliedtobothruralandurbancommunities.Principlescontainedinthisdocumentcanbeappliedtosingle-familyaswellasmultifamilydwellings,suchasapartments,townhouses,andcondominiums,aslocalconditionsdictate.1-1.3Thisdocumentisnotintendedtobeatrainingmanualorafireinspectionmanual,butrathertoserveasaguideforestablishingalocallyprepareddwellinginspectionprogramgearedtoaddressthespecificproblem(s)facedbythelocalfireserviceorganization.Byutilizingfiresuppressionpersonnelinthiscapacity,firedepartmentscanachievesomeorallofthefollowingbenefits:(1)Increasedproductivity(2)Increasedcommunitycontact(3)Familiarizationwithresidentialproperties1-1.4Residentsofthecommunityalsobenefitfromasurveyprogrambybecomingawareofthefollowingissues:(1)Firesafetyinthehome(2)Protectivemeasurestoimprovethequalityoflife(3)Publicsafetyandawareness1-1.5Specificsectionsofthisguidecanbeincludedoreliminatedaslocalconditionsdictate.
