【摘要】:ThispartofISO15883specifiesparticularrequirementsforwasher-disinfectors(WD)thatareintendedforuseforthecleaningandthermaldisinfection,inasingleoperatingcycle,ofre-usablemedicaldevicessuchassurgicalinstruments,anaestheticequipment,bowls,dishesandreceivers,utensilsandglassware.NOTE1Thermaldisinfectioncanbeachievedbyrinsingtheloadwithhotwater,exposuretosteamorcombinationofthetwo.TherequirementsspecifiedinthispartofISO15883areapplicableinconjunctionwiththegeneralrequirementsspecifiedinISO15883-1.ThespecifiedperformancerequirementsofthispartofISO15883maynotensuretheinactivationorremovalofthecausativeagent(s)(prionprotein)oftransmissiblespongiformencephalopathies.NOTE2Ifitisconsideredthatprionproteincanbepresent,particularcareisneededinthechoiceofdisinfectantsandcleaningagentstoensurethatthechemicalsuseddonotreactwiththeprionproteininamannerthatmayinhibititsremovalorinactivation.
