【摘要】:Anumberofimageandvideocodingrelatedstandards(seeBibliography)includearequirementfordecoderstoimplementaninteger-output8x8inversediscretecosinetransform(IDCT)forthegenerationofinversetransformedsampledifferenceswithanominalrangefrom–2Bto(2B)–1forsomeintegernumberofbitsB,whereBisgreaterthanorequalto8.ThispartofISO/IEC23002specifiesconformancerequirementsforestablishingsufficientaccuracyinsuchaninteger-outputIDCTimplementation.ItisintendedtobesuitableforreferencetoestablishpartialorcompleterequirementsforIDCTaccuracyforconformancetootherstandardsthatrequireIDCTuse.TheaccuracyrequirementsspecifiedinthemainbodyofthispartofISO/IEC23002areessentiallythesameasthosepreviouslyspecifiedin[7],inAnnexAof[1],andinAnnexAof[5].Theserequirementshavebeenspecifiedhereintoresolvenormativereferencesto[7]inMPEGstandardsafteritswithdrawalandtoprovideimprovedclarityforthespecificationofIDCTaccuracyrequirements.Anadditionalrequirementonencoded-bitstreamintrarefreshfrequencywasalsopreviouslyspecifiedin[7],establishingarequirementofbitstreamconformancethateachmacroblockbeintra-codedatleastoncewithineachseriesof132timesthatitiscodedinapredictedpicturewithoutaninterveningintrapicture.ThatadditionalrequirementisnotspecifiedinthispartofISO/IEC23002,inordertoconfineitsscopetothedomainofdecoderconformancespecification.SomeallowancesformodificationofthespecifiedaccuracyrequirementsaremadewithinthispartofISO/IEC23002.AdditionalaccuracyrequirementsthatmaybeinvokedbyareferencingspecificationarespecifiedinAnnexesAandB.
