【摘要】:Thistestmethodappliestothedeterminationofthe"rest"electricalconductivityofaviationfuelsandothersimilarlow-conductivityhydrocarbonliquidsintherangefrom0.1to2000pS/m(see3.2).Thistestmethodcanbeusedinthelaboratoryorinthefield.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecifichazardstatements,see7.1.1and7.2.
