【摘要】:Thisdocument,partofEN13130,specifiesananalyticalprocedureforthedeterminationof4-methyl-1-penteneinfoodsimulantsdistilledwater,3%(w/v)aqueousaceticacidaqueoussolution,15%(v/v)aqueousethanolaqueoussolutionandrectifiedoliveoil.Thelevelof4-methyl-1-pentenemonomerdeterminedisexpressedasmilligramsperkilogramoffoodsimulant.Inprinciple,themethodisappropriateforthequantitativedeterminationof4-methyl-1-penteneataminimumlevelof0,005mg/kginallofthefourfoodsimulants.However,inthecaseofinterferences,whichhavebeenobservedforsomeoliveoilbatches,thedetectionlimitcanbecompromisedcorrespondingly.NOTEThemethodshouldalsobeapplicabletootheraqueousfoodsimulantsaswellastootherfattyfoodsimulantssuchascornoil,sunfloweroilandamixtureofsynthetictriglycerides.
